Our data - an important part of Volvo Cars' safety development
Volvo Cars are synonymous with safe vehicles. An important part of vehicle safety development involves understanding what happens before, during and after a traffic accident.
We do our traffic safety research together with If. Volvia also has a close collaboration with Volvo Cars and their Accident Research Team. Since the 1960s, we've been sharing our data to the Volvo Cars Accident Investigation Team, that has refined and analyzed it.
In these reports, you can read about Volvo Car’s research based on that data – that is the basis for many innovative safety systems.
